Reception rooms and flexible spaces according to your taste
You can celebrate all types of events at La Gauchetière:

If you want an indoor atmosphere, we can arrange several adjoining lounges on the ground floor (Large blue living room, Winter living room, Salon Rouge) for your seated or buffet meals and for your dancing evenings.
Your cocktails in winter can be served on a heated terrace.
Outdoors, the 3 p.m. park and the The layout of an elegant reception tent offers many possibilities for organizing events with a large number of guests or a religious ceremony at home by erecting the altar at the end of the pine avenue.
For religious ceremonies, you also have the superb Sées Cathedral nearby which can be an interesting opportunity.

We accept the service providers of your choice but we can also help you organize your events with service providers who know our house well.
We have carefully selected local partners who offer very good value for money, who listen to our customers and offer a range of services flexible enough to adapt to most budgets and desires.

A reception and sleeping capacity adaptable to your needs
Beyond the numerous beds available in the castle and its gîte (at least 30 beds in total), gîtes are available in the village (we can organize additional beds for you than those available at La Gauchetière in a gîte less of 1Km with a shuttle system). There are also hotels in the town of Sées or at Haras du Pin. Of course, for the more adventurous, it is possible to sleep in a tent in the park.
